The Bournemouth office covers Dorset, the New Forest and the wider South Coast. It handles enquiries from families along the coast, coordinates carers working in the area, and manages staffing for care providers across the county and the New Forest. Oxford Road puts the team a short distance from Bournemouth town centre and within straightforward reach of Poole, Christchurch and the towns inland.

The work splits the same way it does in London. Families come to us for live-in care, hourly visiting care, respite and emergency cover, dementia and specialist support, and private nursing at home. Care homes, supported living services and NHS teams come to us for nurses, support workers and specialist staff, from a single shift through to a managed rota.

Our registered location with CQC is our Edgware office in north London, not this one, and you can view the entry on the CQC public register. We would rather set that out directly than let the presence of a South Coast office imply something the register does not say. Someone will talk through the day-to-day, arrange an assessment, and set out what visiting care or a live-in arrangement would look like and cost before anything is agreed. Where a hospital discharge is being planned, ring us while the date is still being discussed rather than after it is fixed; it is far easier to have cover in place for the day someone comes home.
