The job day to day

When you would work
Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Bassett on earlies and Bitterne on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Portswood and Bitterne Park.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Shirley to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
