Shifts land right across the patch: Old Milton, Barton on Sea and Ashley one week, Bashley, Wootton and Fernhill the next. If you are based around BH25 or BH25, you are inside the area we cover most heavily.
The job day to day
- ✓ Supporting people to access work, education, activities and their community
- ✓ Positive behaviour support and de-escalation, with training provided
- ✓ Medication prompting and support appropriate to your training
- ✓ Accurate notes and clear communication with the wider team
- ✓ Supporting people with daily routines and personal care where needed
- ✓ Encouraging independence, choice and everyday decision making
When you would work
Full-time and part-time patterns both work. If Fernhill is easier for you to reach than Ossemsley, say so and the rota follows it. Once you are established we keep the work regular rather than sporadic, usually in the same two or three services around Ossemsley.
We recruit for temporary and permanent posts. Trying several settings between Old Milton and Bashley first tends to make the permanent choice obvious.

We are a two-office team, not a call centre. The person booking your Hampshire shifts knows which settings suit you. We recruit from our offices in Edgware and Bournemouth and place people nationwide; there is no branch in New Milton itself, which we would rather say plainly.
If you can travel, there is steady work in Lymington, Christchurch and Ringwood as well, and many people cover two of those alongside New Milton.
