Shifts, and how they are booked
Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Greets Green on earlies and Hill Top on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Great Barr and Carters Green.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Hateley Heath to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
