Most placements are in Caversham, Tilehurst and Earley, with regular work further out at Lower Earley, Whitley and Southcote. Postings run through RG1, RG4 and RG6, including out at Calcot.
The job day to day

When you would work
Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Whitley on earlies and Southcote on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Caversham and Emmer Green.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Earley to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
