Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Sopwell on earlies and St Michael's on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Fleetville and Sandridge.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Jersey Farm to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
