Hours, shifts and contracts
Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Ordsall on earlies and Pendleton on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Eccles and Worsley.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Walkden to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
