Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Palmers Green on earlies and Edmonton on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Enfield Town and Ponders End.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Winchmore Hill to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
