Hours, shifts and contracts
Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Hornsey on earlies and Highgate on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Wood Green and Bounds Green.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Crouch End to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
