East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust runs services locally, with Lancashire County Council commissioning the social care alongside them.

Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Briercliffe on earlies and Rosegrove on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Burnley Wood and Ightenhill.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Worsthorne to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
