You set your availability. Plenty of the people we place around Penglais work three or four shifts and keep the rest of the week their own. Most people settle into a handful of regular services, often within a few miles of Waun Fawr.
Agency and permanent are both on offer. Picking up shifts in two or three services around Llanbadarn Fawr is a low-risk way to find out where you want to be.
