Hours, shifts and contracts
Full-time and part-time patterns both work. If Southgate is easier for you to reach than Penrhyncoch, say so and the rota follows it. Once you are established we keep the work regular rather than sporadic, usually in the same two or three services around Penrhyncoch.
We recruit for temporary and permanent posts. Trying several settings between Penparcau and Trefechan first tends to make the permanent choice obvious.
