Hours, shifts and contracts
Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Vauxhall on earlies and Stockwell on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Brixton and West Norwood.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Clapham to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
