What you would be doing

Shifts, and how they are booked
Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Inshes on earlies and Culloden on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Crown and Smithton.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Kinmylies to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.

You get one consultant who knows your registration, your patch and which Highland services you have already worked in. We recruit from our offices in Edgware and Bournemouth and place people nationwide; there is no branch in Inverness itself, which we would rather say plainly.
Perth, Aberdeen and Dundee are close enough that plenty of our people work across them and Inverness both.
