Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Bottesford on earlies and Yaddlethorpe on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Ashby and Kingsway.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Crosby to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
