Shifts, and how they are booked
Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering All Saints on earlies and Northfield on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Barton Seagrave and Brambleside.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Avondale Grange to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
