Hours, shifts and contracts
Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Shepherd's Bush on earlies and White City on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Hammersmith Broadway and Wormholt.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Ravenscourt Park to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
