Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Marple on earlies and Reddish on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Cheadle and Heaton Moor.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Bramhall to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
