What you would be doing

Shifts, and how they are booked
Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Chiswick on earlies and Feltham on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Hounslow Central and Heston.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Isleworth to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
