Shifts, and how they are booked
Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Far Cotton on earlies and Delapre on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Abington and Wootton.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Duston to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
