What you would be doing
- ✓ Accurate notes and clear communication with the wider team
- ✓ Supporting people with daily routines and personal care where needed
- ✓ Encouraging independence, choice and everyday decision making
- ✓ Supporting people to access work, education, activities and their community
- ✓ Positive behaviour support and de-escalation, with training provided
- ✓ Medication prompting and support appropriate to your training
Shifts, and how they are booked
Full-time and part-time patterns both work. If Headless Cross is easier for you to reach than Astwood Bank, say so and the rota follows it. Once you are established we keep the work regular rather than sporadic, usually in the same two or three services around Astwood Bank.
We recruit for temporary and permanent posts. Trying several settings between Batchley and Winyates first tends to make the permanent choice obvious.

What we do for you
We are a two-office team, not a call centre. The person booking your Worcestershire shifts knows which settings suit you. We recruit from our offices in Edgware and Bournemouth and place people nationwide; there is no branch in Redditch itself, which we would rather say plainly.
If you can travel, there is steady work in Solihull, Birmingham and Stourbridge as well, and many people cover two of those alongside Redditch.
