Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Trallwn on earlies and Rhydyfelin on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Treforest and Maesycoed.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Cilfynydd to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
