Full-time and part-time patterns both work. If Worgret is easier for you to reach than Ridge, say so and the rota follows it. Once you are established we keep the work regular rather than sporadic, usually in the same two or three services around Ridge.
We recruit for temporary and permanent posts. Trying several settings between Wareham Town Centre and Northport first tends to make the permanent choice obvious.
