Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Cowley on earlies and Ickenham on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Uxbridge town centre and Yiewsley.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Hillingdon to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
