Shifts, and how they are booked
Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Bo'ness on earlies and Denny on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Falkirk Town Centre and Bonnybridge.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Larbert to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
