The job day to day
- ✓ Wound care, catheter care and other clinical tasks within your competence
- ✓ Working alongside GPs, district nurses and multidisciplinary teams
- ✓ Supporting and supervising care and support staff on shift
- ✓ Accurate record keeping and handover
- ✓ Assessing, planning and reviewing care for the people you look after
- ✓ Medication administration and clinical observations
When you would work
Full-time and part-time patterns both work. If Galmington is easier for you to reach than Wilton, say so and the rota follows it. Once you are established we keep the work regular rather than sporadic, usually in the same two or three services around Wilton.
We recruit for temporary and permanent posts. Trying several settings between Rowbarton and Trull first tends to make the permanent choice obvious.
