What you would be doing
- ✓ Reporting changes and keeping clear records
- ✓ Helping people wash, dress and stay comfortable
- ✓ Supporting with meals, drinks and nutrition
- ✓ Assisting with mobility and safe moving and handling
- ✓ Taking and recording clinical observations under supervision
- ✓ Companionship, conversation and keeping people connected
Shifts, and how they are booked
Full-time and part-time patterns both work. If Stonegrove is easier for you to reach than Broadfields, say so and the rota follows it. Once you are established we keep the work regular rather than sporadic, usually in the same two or three services around Broadfields.
We recruit for temporary and permanent posts. Trying several settings between Edgware High Street and Canons Park first tends to make the permanent choice obvious.

What we do for you
We are a two-office team, not a call centre. The person booking your London shifts knows which settings suit you. We recruit from our offices in Edgware and Bournemouth and place people nationwide; there is no branch in Edgware itself, which we would rather say plainly.
If you can travel, there is steady work in Mill Hill, Stanmore and Hendon as well, and many people cover two of those alongside Edgware.
