Days, nights and weekends are all available, full time or part time. Someone covering Hyde Park on earlies and Armthorpe on nights is an ordinary week here. The aim is ongoing work in settings you already know, not a different address every week between Balby and Sprotbrough.
Some people stay on agency indefinitely; others use a few months around Bessacarr to find the right permanent home. Both are fine.
